Default Allow for Remote vs Free or busy, meaning not available in person

No addin that I know of. Why don't the people working remotely create an
appointment when working remotely so others know when they are out of the
office?

We have a need to not schedule meetings, when key people are working
remote.
There are discussions that can not be had over the phone. This requires
us
to have a face to face only meeting scheduler in addition to a regular
meeting scheduler, which would then allow for phone call ins.

Is there someone that provides an add-in like this?
