After furious head scratching, Michael asked:

| I've all the updates, and I am using Windows Vista Ultimate. Can
| anyone help discern why Outlook cannot run or launch? I have this
| problem. I've uninstalled Office Enterprise 2007 twice now and the
| same problem happens. Again, all the other Office programs work great
| in the suite, but not Outlook. Can't even get it to start.
