Default OE Hyperlinks do not work (@Tom)

That and other issues in OE when running IE7 B2P are frequently discussed in
IE General newsgroup.

I have had this same problem before and unfortunately it has
recently resurfaced. It's driving me nuts!

I just tried (and re-tried) EVERYTHING you said in this email and
I still have a problem. When I click on a hyperlink in IE,
everything works great. If I copy the link and insert it in
either Google or IE, it comes right up. If I click on a hyperlink
in an OE message, I get a lot of disk activity but nothing
happens.

in my case ie7 is installed, so what does that mean? i've tried all
of the other suggestions and so far no luck.

[Control Panel Add/Remove Programs ] Set Program Access and Defaults
Browser: IE *must* be chosen here if you're running IE7 Beta 2

Preview and want such links to work.

Beta testers of IE7 Public Preview are asked to post their comments to
microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general newsgroup.
