It's definitely their problem to solve, not Outlook's.

Ok, I signed up for eFAX and am a paid user of the service, however I
still get the dialog box asking me to sign up for a fax service, after I
start Outlook 2003, select new and the Internet FAX.
I would like for it to just open up a new message with my companys cover
page.
Can anyone provide assistance?
