When they create appointments they write notes for them, which works fine, until the appointment gets changed either by a delegated user or on a smartphone running windows mobile (6.1 I think), then the notes go missing. The appointment gets changed fine, but the notes are gone.

Can anyone here suggest what might be going on? I have a sneaking suspicion it has to do with time zones, although they're all in the same office things always get mixed up around daylight savings (why, WHY can't M$ get timezones right?! - store appointments in UTC, display with offset, SIMPLE ... argh, anyway.... ).
