I have a sneaking suspicion it has to do with time zones, although they're all in the same office things always get mixed up around daylight savings (why, WHY can't M$ get timezones right?! - store appointments in UTC, display with offset, SIMPLE ... argh, anyway.... ).

which suggests that this is expected behaviour. Correct? Fixed/changed in later versions of Outlook?
