Is there anyway of linking an outlook calander to a spreadsheet ?

My new boss wants me to update my part of a team whereabouts spreadsheet each week rather than having to go into each persons calendar .

I am hoping that it is possible to link the two so the outlook calander automatically updates the spreadsheet . Any ideas ?
