I think I typed the path incorrectly in the message I cited. Click
StartRun. In the Open field, type "regedit" (without the quotes) and click
OK. In the left pane, expand HKEY_CURRENT_USER, then Software, then
Microsoft, then "Windows NT", then CurrentVersion, then "Windows Messaging
Subsystem", then Profiles. You should see "Microsoft Outlook Internet
Settings" there.
