Default keep mail private

Is there a way to keep some mails private so only I can see or read them?

If your computer is running Windows 98/ME, then the answer is, "No". Anybody
who knows how to navigate the file system can find your email.

If your computer is running Windows 2K/XP/Vista, then the answer is a
qualified, "Yes". Set up a user account for yourself, preferably limited.
Create a password so anybody trying to access your data needs to know a user
name and password. Don't give those out to anybody whom you don't want
accessing your files.

The qualification is that anybody accessing that computer as "Administrator"
has tools to poke around your files. Or using a "Live Boot" CD with an
operating system that can read the NTFS file system.
