One of my identities is Master Account which time warner cable set up when
they installed the roadrunner and set up e-mail a few years ago. I have my
own identity and my wife has her own. I went ahead and reinstalled the sp3
and turned off my firewall and anti virus but unfortunately it's still doing
it. When I uninstalled sp3 and it went back to sp2 I went into outlook to
see if it would do it and it was doing it with sp2 as well, couldn't switch
identities. It's driving me crazy, any more ideas?

At this time I then to ctr, alt, del and end the process of MSIMN.EXE and
then when I click on outlook express it will allow me to get back in. Any
ideas so I don't have to end this process everytime I switch identities?
