If you're referring to a message that had been forwarded to you, yes.

you're referring to a message you forward to others, no, not
necessarily.

If you reply to the forwarded message (using Reply to Sender), only

Sender will be sent a copy of it.

If you replay using Reply All, everyone to whom the Sender had
forwarded
the message will be sent a copy of it (assuming the Sender didn't
send

BCC).

If you Forward the message to others, everything in the message body
(including all previous TO and FROM addresses will be included in
your
message but it will only be sent to those you've chosen.
