Three OE identities, not accounts. The path should continue like this:

Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Identities (the string
of numbers & letters) \Microsoft\Outlook Express.

Do you see the OE folders? Any dbx files in them? Make sure Hidden Files and
Folders is enabled.

In WinXP, Win2K & Win2K3, the OE user files (DBX and WAB) are by default
marked as hidden. To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable
Show Hidden Files and Folders under Start | Control Panel | Folder Options
Icon | View, or in Windows Explorer | Tools | Folder Options | View.


If you still do not see any dbx files, do a Search for *.dbx

Make sure you enable Hidden Files first.

(Letters and numbers). How many identities are you using right now, and
are you missing any messages?
