I'm not sure if I follow you.

You send a message, a copy goes to the Sent Items folder, but never
arrives at the intended recipient.

You then go to the Sent Items folder, and FORWARD the message and that
version arrives at the intended recipient.

Is that what is happening?

Does it happen to everyone you send to or just some?

Can you send a message to yourself and have it arrive?

Are you using your address book for the original message or doing a
Reply?
