"Send Options" for a Contact?
What's that?
That option can only be set in the Email properties dialog (accessed by a
double click the email address field).

I know how to change the options for an individual message - I need to be
able to set the format for all messages sent to a particular contact,
wihtout
having to remember to do it every time.
