OEX was written by long time MVP Steve Cochran. A volunteer, (as all MVPs
are), that understands OE and has spent countless hours creating programs to
help the OE user. He offers other programs, some are freeware such as
OETool. He specializes in fixing the *fixes* that MS puts out. His programs
are fantastic and all he wants to do is break even. Steve's programs top any
other similar programs, (if available), that would cost you more. See all
