Thank you ALL. I also forgot to inform that both PC's have Home Edition and
there is NO separate Server! Is it Okay? They are just connected thru a
4-port Router with separate Identities and Email ID's.

Leave a copy of messages on the server (check this)

• Tools | Accounts | Mail | [account] | Properties | Advanced | Delivery |
Delete from the server when deleted from 'Deleted Items' (check as
desired)

On one computer:

• Tools | Accounts | Mail | [account] | Properties | Advanced | Delivery |
Remove from the server after XX days (select appropriate number & check).

NB: Do not attempt to share one identity over the network!
