Default Outlook send and FW

If you can send to other people OK, then I suspect that some spam
filtering on your ISP or your PC is blocking the messages.

In the case of OE itself, this could be a message rule (Tools, Message
Rules, Mail). It is not likely a Block Sender since that would catch
both the original message and the forward.

If your ISP has a web interface look there for any SPAM, BULK, JUNK or
TRASH folder to see if your messages are going there. If so, there
should be some way to adjust the filtering on the web site.

Also if you've installed any anti-spam program on your PC, such as
SpamKiller, that could be blocking the messages.

I'm not sure if I follow you.

You send a message, a copy goes to the Sent Items folder, but never
arrives at the intended recipient.

You then go to the Sent Items folder, and FORWARD the message and
that
version arrives at the intended recipient.

Is that what is happening?

Does it happen to everyone you send to or just some?

Can you send a message to yourself and have it arrive?

Are you using your address book for the original message or doing a
Reply?
