Thunderbird automatically creates an account msnews.microsoft.com under
Tools/ Account settings when you subscribe to a Newsgroup. Just fill in
your name and mail-id (onscreen version!), and choose an Outgoing Server
(SMTP) to send/post if you have multiple mail accounts.
