Hi,
I recently installed Outlook 2003 and -when prompted- integrated Norton
Antispam.
(I'm running Norton Internet Security)

Now,when opening Outlook, Norton's Antispam toolbar is positioned on the
third bar level. It can be moved from there, but everythime I start Outlook,
the toolbar drops at the same (third bar) position again.

While that is not a huge problem, is there any solution to this?
Can I configure Norton or Outlook?
