Default Norton Antispam Toolbar integration

Hi Brian,

While it is probably Nortons responsibility to come up with a more sound
e-mail client integration routine, I would like to go down another route:

researching a bit I found out that:
1) Outlooks toolbar information is held in a file called "outcmd.dat".
2) It was suggested to change/delete this file, thust reverting
outlooks toolbar to its original settings (without Norton Antispam)

I found this file is in a hidden folder but dont know how to change it...
Any ideas?
Thanx

Now,when opening Outlook, Norton's Antispam toolbar is positioned on
the third bar level. It can be moved from there, but everythime I
start Outlook, the toolbar drops at the same (third bar) position
again.

While that is not a huge problem, is there any solution to this?
Can I configure Norton or Outlook?

Only Norton can fix it. It is their toolbar that must remember where it was
placed.
