to add the Modified dat, then sort on that date. The imported stuff should
all have the Modified date matching the import date and time.

You don't have to copy anything over if you just want to use the second PST
as-is and leave its data in it. Most people like to have their data reside
in a single PST, but it's not really required.

Are we sure that this process will bring over the recurrance of the
appointments? This is my only hang-up at this point. Well, that and
all of my attachments to sent items thatare missing.

When I copy items between calendars, the recurrance goes with it, so I don't
know why it wouldn't for you..
