Not telephone charges, to be sure. But UBB ("Usage Based Billing") is real,
in many parts of the world, and it is being brought to the U.S.A. by AT&T.
Your ISP charging "by the byte" to download data.

It may not affect you, but you can have an adverse impact on others.
