Nooo. What happens is:

1. I open up the Outbox
2. _Sometimes_ I see a message go from Italic font to normal font as
soon as the window opens up. These messages will never be sent.
3. Some messages remain Italicized. These messages do get sent when I
click SEND/RECEIVE.

Weird, huh?
