Receipient can't see attached .xls file
Hi all,
thanks for all the input. I managed to resolve the problem after
looking for some solutions in the internet.. and some trial and
error...
The sender is using MS Outlook, and while I'm not too sure which email
client the receipient is using, very likely either Outlook Express or
Outlook. These are the 2 email clients we use in the organization.
Default format for the sender was HTML but somehow the receiver could
not get the email still. So I asked sender to specifically set that
person to only receive emails in Plain Text only just to confirm if it
was a format problem, under 'Contacts'. This resolved the problem.
