Duel calendars
The solution is to set the mailbox as the default delivery location. You
should also get rid of the pst.

i have seen the same problem, if there is a personal folder with a calendar
then any meeting which i accept in this folder goes to my personal calendar
and not the one on the exchange.
the solution to this is to create a new personal folder with calendar
folder in it. this way if you accpet any meeting in personal folder it
will go to exchange calendar.
this is the best solution which i have got. personal folder calendar donot
sync with exchange calendar.
hope this helps.

Small company using SB server + exchange
I'm a new user/profile on exchange.
All working very well no issue bar one!
I have the default calendar as you would expect in Outlook but i also
have
the "calendar in Mailbox - Mark Joseph" i.e. me!
These 'two' calendars do not syncronize I haven't had this before can
anyone
help?
I would like that the default calendar was all I see and use and that
when
appointments are sent to me and i accept or otherwise that these are then
inserted in the defuault calendar. this does not happen at present.
looking forward to your solutions!
