It looks like you might end up calling them to get the hotfix. We just deal
with it. I think all our people are just used to it.

Do the computers that have this problem share Outlook folders with other
users? We have many people who share their calendars and that seems to
cause the same problem with us. I think I've seen mention of this
problem on Microsoft's site but can't remember where or what it said.
We can still usually shut down the computer even without having to go
into task manager to close Outlook though.
