You don't have to be running IE/OE.

Although written for WinXP, it works for all Windows operating systems 98 or
newer.
If you are using WinXP/SP2, and it was not already on your computer from the
factory, you will have to remove SP2 first.

One can not for instance install/upgrade IE/OE from
Firefox. Seems limiting.
Shouldn't there be a SETUP.EXE file for IE and another
one for OE that one could download?
