Default unable to save attachments to folders in My Documents?

Suddenly I am unable to save attachements sent via email through Outlook to
specific folders in My Documents. The folder will not open when I try to save
an attachement or when I try to attache a file that is in a specific folder.
This just recently started. Could it be any way connected to a recent Windows
Update I received?
