Default Permanently disabling mail plugins in AVG

When i go to click on email scanner & click plugins & properties, i get the
pop & smtp addresses, should i delete these, or will this mess up my Outlook
Express setup!

If I remember correctly, there is a box to un tick. That said, I still
recommend you dump AVG and get Avast! It's much more user friendly and,
like AVG, free.

Hi
I cannot send or recieve mails via Outlook Express unless i disable
plugins on my AVG antivirus that scans mail!.
I can disable the plugin, but as soon as i shut down or restart, i have
to do it again.
Is there a way of permanently disabling.

Thanks

How did you disable it?

Personally, I prefer AVAST! over AVG. Get it at www.avast.com but when you
install it, go for Advanced and don't install Email or Exchange scanning.
