Default Permanently disabling mail plugins in AVG

Yes, you can disable AVG's Email Scanning but WinXP Security Center won't
like it. Best bet is to follow _mac's advice: Uninstall AVG then do a
Custom reinstall opting out of Email Scanning. BT/DT.

If I remember correctly, there is a box to un tick...

I cannot send or recieve mails via Outlook Express unless i
disable plugins on my AVG antivirus that scans mail!.
I can disable the plugin, but as soon as i shut down or restart, i
have to do it again.
Is there a way of permanently disabling.

How did you disable it?
