I am using Outlook Express for my personal email and Outlook for an
email account for a small business which I run. At the moment, the
address book seems to be shared between outlook express and outlook,
which I do not want to do. Is there any way of disabling this??

Open the Address Book from within OE and click Tools | Options (in the AB).
Uncheck the option to shre.
