Default insert paragraphes

I used Outlook Express before and there was a signature function

insert them anywhere when I compose an email.

Now I am using Outlook which seems does not have this function. The
signature only can be added automatically in the beginning of
composing an email (as I specified in the mail option tab). There is
a new function called Auto Text. However, I could only key in 255
charactors (including space).

Use the built-in Outlook editor and you can use the Signature button to add
the signature anywhere you want, just as in Outlook Express. I don't think
you can do the same when using Word as the mail editor.
