Default Forcing Sharing of Calendars??

Sharing at the folder level is sufficient. It is not necessary to share the whole mailbox. Tools are at http://www.slipstick.com/exs/permissions.htm#tools. I highly recommend PFDAVAdmin.

We want to share all our calendars so that we can look at each others
appointments and meetings. So that we can tell when each other is busy etc.

I don't want to share the mailbox, just the calendars but I don't want to
have to create a public calendar for each of the users

Thanks

Matt

I would like all our users to share calendars but it is difficult to
get them to do it. So I would like to force it to happen, so I know
that they are all done. Does anyone know if this is possible??

Why would you want to do that? Were I an employee, I'd be balking at that
as well. I wouldn't want my mailbox shared. Why not use a public
calendar if you want many people to see calendar data?
