Default Can't bring up links without copying and pasting

I copied and pasted each of the following, but when I entered the very first
one Mshtml.dll , I received the message that Mshtml.dll was loaded, but the
DllRegisterServer entry point was not found. This file can not be
registered.Any
suggestions?

If that did not work, then:

StartRun type, or Copy/Paste, these in one at a time and try again.
(Note
the space in each command).

regsvr32 Mshtml.dll
regsvr32 Oleaut32.dll
regsvr32 Shell32.dll
regsvr32 actxprxy.dll
regsvr32 shdocvw.dll
regsvr32 urlmon.dll

In IE, go to: ToolsInternet OptionsPrograms. Click: Reset Web
Settings - (uncheck box for homepage) - Click Yes.

Thank you for responding so quickly. I think I have made the changes you
suggested, but it's still not working correctly. I will try it again just
in case I did something wrong.

I can't click on a link and be taken to that site. I now have to copy the
link and paste it into the browser for it to work. Do you know why that
has happened?
