Default mobile calendar changes

Ok. Can someone tell me how, if it is possible to make changes to my
outlook calendar while I am mobile, using my Windows Mobile phone.
I'm talking about changes that i make on my phone that will get sent
back to my main calendar and having it shared so people can see what
I am doing.

Not unless you can sync your phone to your remote calendar somehow. If you
had a laptop running Outlook and using an Exchange account that you connect
with the server, then I could see it happening, but I don't know of any
other way.

And to also have someone add appointments to my calendar
which i will then see on my phone while I am out on the road. Is this
possible? I know of exchange, but right now that isn't an option. Is
there a way around this? It would be nice to have this feature.

It would be a nice feature, but unless you have sync software that can reach
out and touch your PC back home, there's no way I know to do it.
