Hi Tim,

Outlook Express uses a default Windows Address Book, or WAB file. Look for
the old user name.wab file on the old hard drive. Search for *.wab.
Include hidden files and folders in the search. Move a copy of the file to
the new desktop and try importing from that location. The addresses may be
imported in total without sub-folders (if any) intact.
