unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, Chris Goetz asked:

| I just installed MS Office XP Small Business, Version 2002. When I
| open Outlook I get the following pop-up message:

| "Unable to open your default e-mail folders. Could not open the item.
| Please try again."

| I hit OK and then get the following message:

| "Would you like to open your default File System Folder instead?"
|
| If I hit "NO", Outlook closes. If I hit "Yes" my File System Folders
| come up, but I can't get my contacts, calendar, etc.
