Did you double check that your firewall is allowing outbound and inbound
connections by Outlook?

After furious head scratching, B Greenwood asked:

| Trying to set up Office Outlook 2003 on a new computer with Windows

| Settings" Establish Network Connection is checked and shows Status
| "Completed" but both Find Outgoing Mail Server and Find Incoming Mail
| Server are red exed and say "Cancelled". I know the e-mail settings
| are correct and work on Eudora and IE6 works fine. Telnet also
| verifies everything as OK. Please does anyone have any idea what
