After furious head scratching, jw asked:

| When I'm searching for a name/e-address for the To or CC line of an
| email message, I click on "To..." etc. and the "Select Names" dialog
| comes up. This dialog is not particularly helpful if I can't think of
| the recipient's name offhand. It would help to be able to list other
| fields in this dialog, such as Categories and Company. Can these be
| added to this dialog? (Similarly, can the "E-mail type" column be
| deleted? It is not particularly useful.)
