Was this an upgrade or clean install?

is no sign of it. I have prefs set to view all files and have tried

That is what I want, but the problem is when I shutdown outlook and
reboot all the autocomplete information is gone. When I type ky... it
doesnt give any options to autocomplete and I need to browse the name in
the contacts again. I have searched the net and havnt been able to come
up with anything. Any help would be really appreciated.
