After furious head scratching, Elton Seng Yan Thung asked:

| I'm using exchange 2003 and I can access a mailbox fine using Outlook
| 2003. The authentication on Outlook 2003 is set for Kerberos/NTLM

| If I try with a Outlook 2000 or Outlook 2002 client I am prompted for
| a username and password and I can't authenticate or access the
| mailbox.

| I know the Kerberos authentication setting is the key. That can't be
| set on Outlook 2000 from the advanced tab.

| Is there anyway to set Exchange 2003 to use NTLM and Kerberos?
