After furious head scratching, asked:

| I have a new Windows XP Media Edition laptop and after installing
| Outlook 2002 it won't run. It seems to open but when it gets to the
| End User License Agreement screen it shuts down without even giving me
| an error message. I did activate the software and that seemed to go
| okay. What is going on?? I need Outlook 2002 to sync with my PDA.
