Your main account needs to be granted permissions either at the mailbox level or the folder level for the second account.

I have done that but I get an error, do you need to be using the same
password for both accounts?
Thanks

In Tools | E-mail Accounts, bring up the properties for the Exchange account and switch to the Advanced tab. That's where you would add the name of the second mailbox.

Hi,
I need to be able to add more than one mail box when using exchange server.
We are using a hosted exchage service and they tell me it can't be done in
outlook 2003 even though there is an option for it in the settings.
Is this true or is there a way to do it?
my email is and I also want to get mail sent to
. These should be split in to two folder lists.
