Choose the Microsoft Exchange Server account. Click Change. Change the User Name from the other user's name you used in Step 1 to your own name.

book display is somewhat involved. You will need to be able to create -- at
least temporarily -- an Outlook profile that opens another user's mailbox as

Server service, add the other user's mailbox as a secondary mailbox.

6. Restart Outlook, and you should see the Joe's Contacts in your Outlook
Address Book as well as your own Contacts folder.

7. (Optional) If you are using Outlook 2003, you can now change the settings
for your Exchange account to use Cached Exchange mode.

Hello,

I have FULL Proxy rights to another mail box. I am able to see the
"CONTACTS" but when I create an email, I would like to add an address from
this Proxy Contacts Folder. I am unable too... Any ideas...

My only work around so far is to COPY the entire Contacks Folder from the
PROXY Mailbox to my Mailbox, but now I have 2 address book Contacts I have
to keep up to date...
