Tools, Options, Signatures, create several signatures.
Click the File radio button.
Browse to the file that you want to insert.

this is clever but i cant make it work.
what do you mean 'select file and browse to text or html'?
when i try just starting a new message it will not allow an insert
signature.
how do you actulaly call up the saved 'template message' or boilerplate
message?

In article , Steve
Cochran
says...
You might check in one of the stationery NGs for details, but you
should
be
able to use Insert | Text from file and choose the stationery (or
template)
html file when composing the message.

Stationery in OE appears to be different than stationery in other
email
programs. I'm trying to use boilerplate emails in response to some of
my
email
but I don't see a way to do this through OE but my guess is there is
a
way. Help
please!
Thanks,
Cindy
Thanks Steve. I'm trying to replicate what I had years ago with Eudora
which was
"Reply With" and was a saved text email that would automatically reply
to
an
email with that text. I would have several available to use at any
time.
Based
on what I see with OE, stationey is more about appearance than content
but
maybe
I'm misunderstanding.
