Above it is a link message and it also produce a wrong Subject, can it be

If so, this registry key will get rid of the message:

You can either manually edit the registry, or copy/paste the above 3 lines
into Notepad, and save with an *.REG file name (e.g.
Attachment-warning.REG ). Then double click the REG file to update the
registry.

The additional part that says:
"The message is ready to be sent with the following file or link
attachments:"
with the file name you'll have to manually remove if you don't want it.

When I send an appendix with OE6 and only XP, there is a new info/warning
