Dear Ron,
you can create a new (additional) contact folder e.g. "Contacts private
only".
Click on the "Outlook Today" folder /right mouseclick/ new folder.
The new folder must be a folder of the type: Contacts
Create an own name like "Contacts private only".
Move the contact items now from one contact folder into the other new
folder.
How to use this new contact folder as Outlook Addressbook:
Click on the new contact folder / right mouseclick/properties/Outlook
Addressbook
and activate the flag "Show this folder as Outlook Addressbook" and then you
have also this new folder as additional Outlook Addressbook.

Hi,
My business is about to get inundated with email addresses as a result of
a
competition, which i want to make into a mailing list.
I'm using microsoft outlook 2000 SP3, and would like to know if it's
possible to have all of these (maybe 100's) of email addresses somewhere
that
won't mix them in with my private contacts. I'll only ever want to email
the
business list as a whole, and would rather have them in a seperate place
from
my private contacts.
Can anyone tell me if this is possible using outlook or anything else?
Cheers
ron
