That's not what you said. You said, "There is no daylight savings option on
the
Time Zone setting under XP." That says nothing about your time zone, so
perhaps you can understand why I responded as I did.

Somewhere in the path, however, it is likely someone has selected a time
zone that has a DST setting and it is incorrect because what you see is the
most likely side-effect of that.
