Default Versions of Outlook

I have a couple of questions and I hope someone can help me with an
answer. This may seem stupid but I am not so sure. What is the
difference between a Corporate version and an Enterprise version? Does
Outlook 2003 have both? The reason I ask these questions is because I
have recently been given the task of putting together a proposal for
upgrading our company e-mail from Outlook 97 to Outlook 2003. We are
currently running exchange server 2000. I am trying to figure out what
would be the best, and most cost effective solution for us. Should we
just purchase licenses for our users, or is there some sort of
Corporate/Enterprise version we can install on our server and run an
upgrade for our users from there? Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
