Default is it possible to divert sent mail into different folders?

Assuming you have folders set up for each of your customers and/or
friends.
Go into your sent items folder and sort by name.
Move all you sent to a certain name to their corresponding folder.
Now that folder will not only have emails FROM that person to you but also
emails from you to them. I do this so I can have a record of emails
(including invoices) I send each client and can easily refer back for
whatever reason.

Rules are great but I use rules only for incoming mail to sort it into
each customer's folder. I see how rules for outgoing could be useful but
I'm not really wanting to have twice as many rules.

I am wondering if it is possible to create 1 SENT MAIL folder and be able
to direct to which one emails are sent? I send some emails for personal
use and some for business and I would like to store them separately for
ease of searching at a later date.

Any help is appreciated.
thanks
