running outlook. I did not make a record of the error, but it said to run
the scanpst utility. We did that, and since, it does not display
correctly.
When we open the address book, it doesn't show any email of phone number
information there either.

When looking at a Contact using Detailed Address Cards, we can see
email
addresses, business addresses and phone numbers etc.

When we select a Contact from the address card list by double clicking

it, it opens the contact screen, but the email address and business

are not showing.
I have ran the scanpst.exe, which didn't correct the problem.

I have exported the pst to a file, then imported it into another
system.
Those results are dismal. The contact's 'file as' header is empty, and
not
all of the emails and sent emails transfer over.
